The Village at Santa Monica development consists of three distinct sites with a total of 325 units and 20,000 sf of retail space.
Site C is the largest building plot on a 3 site development comprising of approximately 45% of the total construction costs for the overall development.
This hi-rise condominium building features an exterior façade that utilizes GFRC, Zinc Panels, and Window Wall to create depth and interest.
The project offers views of the ocean from the 4th floor up, 10,000 sf of restaurant space on the ground floor, and a rooftop pool/spa/party room.
