With a gross area just over 343,000 sf, this tower is designed to address the needs of young professionals who are looking for an efficient yet dynamic living space.
The average unit size is just below 600 sf putting a greater emphasis on efficient space planning.
Conventional room layouts were abandoned in favor of built-in furnishings adding tremendous value to what would otherwise be categorized as micro units.
The alternating floor plates reflect the plural nature of the tower resulting in a puzzle like aesthetic.
A series of double height open spaces create sky terraces which reinforce the project’s open space aesthetic.
