This 350,000 sf project is located in the heart of the Koreatown district just West of downtown in Los Angeles.
The distribution of the program is designed to compliment the unique density of Koreatown.
The arrangement encourages circulation throughout the podium offering patrons different environments including an urban roof park and a retail base.
The unit mix is designed with an emphasis on the urban dweller with efficient and contemporary configurations.
Commercial spaces along the street helps to transition the scale of the tower to a pedestrian friendly scale.
