Working in conjunction with Marmol Radziner. 960 is a 56 story residential tower in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. In the early 1980s, the master plan for the site called for a cluster of three towers with retail along the base.
The first two high-rises went up in the late 1980s and early 1990s, but the third remained an empty parcel for decades.
The completed residential tower, with its 785 units, is the last piece of the master plan, elevating the development to its intended status as a true mixed-use project.
