10,000 Santa Monica is located on the edge of century city and adjacent to the proposed Metro Rail Station.
The project is designed to embrace the Southern California lifestyle in a high-rise environment through sky balconies that establish an indoor/outdoor relationship.
An innovative use of a terra-cotta screen system helps to keep the units cool during the hot summer months while creating an aesthetically pleasing silhouette that will contrast with the adjacent Century City buildings.
All of the units have unobstructed views of either downtown or the Pacific Ocean due to the strategic placement of apertures in the terra-cotta veil.
Shared amenities include a sun-deck with a pool, tennis courts, a fitness room, recreation rooms & community rooms.
